Gym goers no longer need to depend on a notebook to track their workouts! Now there is an easy way to track your weight lifting routine on your iPhone.
The main screen allows the user to see old workouts and create new ones. The date and time that a workout was created is viewable under each workout title. Once you tap on the workout you can easily choose an exercise and desired number of sets that will be performed.(Number of sets can be modified once the workout begins) If the exercise you wish to preform is not in the list the user can add a custom exercise. This exercise will be added to the exercise library for future use.
After starting the workout the user can fill in the number of pounds/kilograms lifted and number of reps completed. There is also a color coded slider that allows the user to indicate the perceived level of difficulty of each set. There is also an option to indicate if the help of a spotter was used during the set.
This app also makes it possible to save your complete workout as an image so that you can share it with your gym buddies or friends on social media.
